Study on Linear Gradient LoadedColumn of Gas Chromatography

设计了等差线性程序柱，从理论上推导出等差线性程序柱中组分的保留时间与各操作参数之间的数学关系式，并对其色谱特性及应用进行了探讨．

The linear gradient loaded column of gas chromatography has been designed. The chromatographic performance of these columns has been evaluated with respect to column efficiency,resolution and analytical time. Both the case of a linear increase in k' and the case of a linear decrease in k' down the column have been treated theoretically and experimentally from the viewpoint of analytical time. Equations have been derived theoretically and vexified experimentally. The application of linear gradient loaded columns has been studied.
