活化粉煤灰填充橡胶的表面分析

Surface Analysis on Rub Packed with Activated Flyash

用ＥＤＸ，ＳＥＭ和ＸＰＳ等技术研究了活化粉煤灰填充橡胶的表面形貌、表面成分和价态等．发现橡胶横截面上的Ｓｉ和Ａｌ含量比外表面高，而Ｓ含量低；粉煤灰中的多面体颗粒与橡胶结合紧密，而微珠结合不紧密．

Using EDX,SEM, XPS, etc. the surface ingredients, the valence and the morphology of activated-flyash-packed rub are studied. The results show that,on the transverse section of the rub,the content of St and Al is higher,while S content is lower,than that of the outside surface 3and the polyhedral particles in flyash combine with the rub tightly,while the microparticles loosely.
