消痤丸质量标准的研究

Study on Quality Control of Xiaocuo Pill

目的：建立消痤丸（浓缩丸）的质量标准。方法：采用TLC法对处方中的柴胡，黄芩，石斛，龙胆，金银花进行定性鉴别；用高效液相色谱法测定消痤丸中黄芩苷的含量。结果：薄层图谱斑点清晰，阴性对照无干扰；黄芩苷在0．176-0．880μg范围内，进样量与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系，平均回收率100．11％，RSD为1．73％。结论：所建立的方法简便，准确，重复性好，精密度高，可用于消痤丸的质量控制。

Objective：To establish the quality standard for Xiaocuo Pills. Methods：TLC was applied to identify Radix Bupleuri, Radix Scutellariae, Herba Dendrobii, Ridex Gentianae and Flos lonicerae ; and a HPLC method was established to determine the content of baicalin in Xiaocuo Pills. Results： The characteristic spots developed in the TLC were fairly clear without interference. A good linearity of baicalin was obtained within the range of 0. 176 - 0.880μg. The average recovery of baicalin was 100.11%, RSD was 1.73%. Conclusion： The method .established is simple and accurate. It can be used for quality control of Xiaocuo Pills.
