摘要
介绍了近年来中药抗肝纤维化作用机制的研究进展,综述了中药抗肝纤维化过程中抗肝损伤、抑制细胞外基质(ECM)合成、促进ECM降解等过程中的作用机制,并对今后中药抗纤维化作用的研究提出了建议。
The progress in mechanism of traditional Chinese herbs against hepatic fibrosis is reviewed in the paper, including anti-hepatic injury, inhibition of synthesis of extracellular matrix （ECM） and promotion of ECM degradation etc.. Suggestions are proposed for future study of traditional Chinese herbs against hepatic fibrosis.
