Combining the operation characteristic of the CATV industry, this chapter discusses the necessity and important significance to establish the center of customer service from many aspects. It introduces particularly the project to set up the center of customer service of the CATV industry and compares it with the conventional service manner in detail. Then it discusses the trenchancy characteristic and work principle of this serv ice system.
