摘要
在室内水泥池中进行蒙古裸腹溞MoinamongolicaDaday的工厂化培养,研究不同面包酵母投喂水平和接种密度对蒙古裸腹溞生长繁殖的影响以及寻找最佳的工厂化培养方法。结果表明:(1)当面包酵母投喂量分别为5×10-6g(/ind.d)、10×10-6g(/ind.d)、15×10-6g(/ind.d)时,其种群增长率分别为433.6%、902.8%、1026.3%。用面包酵母来培养蒙古裸腹溞时,面包酵母的投喂量应在10×10-6~15×10-6g(/ind.d)比较适宜。(2)当接种密度分别为160ind/L、300ind/L、460ind/L时,面包酵母的投喂量为10×10-6g(/ind.d)时,并每天添加适量的小球藻,经过12d的连续充气培养,溞的密度分别达到1980ind/L、3520ind/L、4320ind/L,其种群增长率分别高达2479.1%、2346.8%、1879.5%。因此在蒙古裸腹溞工厂化培养时,当接种密度在160ind/L以上,以投面包喂酵母为主[投喂量为10×10-6g(/ind.d)],并每天添加适量的小球藻,此培养方法较佳,蒙古裸腹溞生长繁殖快,又可以减轻藻类的培养压力。
The effects of baker yeast ration and inoculated density.on growth and reproduction of Moina mongolica Daday were studied to find out the optimal culture conditions. Two experiments in this paper were carried out in indoor concrete tanks at Qingjiang maricuhure base of Zhejiang Mariculture Research Institute. In the first experiment, Moina mongolica Daday was fed with three different baker yeast rations, 5×10^-6 g/ (ind·d), 10×10^-6 g/(ind·d ) and 15×10^-6 g/(ind·d ), and its population increasing rate was 433.6%,902.8 %, 1026.3 % respectively. The result showed that the optimal baker yeast ration for culturing Moina mongolica Daday was 10×10^-6 g/(ind·d )-15×10^-6 g/(ind·d ). In the second experiment, three inoculated densities of Moina mongolica Daday, 160 ind/L, 300 ind/L, 460 ind/L, fed with 10×10^-6 g/(ind·d) baker yeast supplemented with Chlorella sp and inflated continuously, increased to 1 980 ind/L, 3 520 ind/L, 4 320 ind/ L respectively and the reproduction rates reached to 2 479.1%, 2 346.8 % and 1879.5 % after 12 days of culture. According to the result of the experiment, we suggested the inoculated density should be greater than 160 ind/L when fed mainly with baker yeast combined with Chlorella sp, whereas M. mongolica could grow and reproduce rapidly.
