发展海洋渔船船员培训考试工作的对策

The Countermeasure for the Development of Training and Testing System for Sea Fishing Vessel Crew

分析了当前海洋渔船船员培训工作中存在的问题,并就进一步发展我国海洋渔船船员培训考试工作,规范完善船员培训考试体系、建立培训责任制度、发展培育培训基地、加强管理、加大执法检查力度等方面提出了具体的对策。

This article analyses the problem existing in current training system for the fishing vessel crews, and proposes the countermeasure for the further development of training and testing system for sea fishing boat crew in China, such as improving the standardization of crew training and testing system, establishing training responsibility system, developing the training base as well as strengthening management and inspection.
