配用于EFL电路的高速反相开关

High Speed Inverse Switch Coordinating EFL Circuit

基于多β晶体管，本文提出了一种可和ＥＦＬ电路直接配用的新型反相器电路．整个电路采用发射极输入、发射极输出的工作方式．电路中省去了参考源，且采用与ＥＦＬ相同的电源．该电路具有结构简单、速度快及功耗低于ＥＣＬ对应电路等特点．

On the basic of the multiple β transistor,this paper proposes a novel inverter that can coordinate withEFL circuits dirgely. The circuit adopts transistor's emitters as both input and output. In the circuit .thereference voltage is saved,and the same source with EFL is applied. The circuit has the features of simplerstructure,higher operating speed and lower power dissipation than ones of correspoding ECL circuit.
