摘要
采用干法灰化和湿法消化两种方法分别对海南野生和种植两类灵芝样品进行消解,用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法同时测定了灵芝样品中的锗(Ge)含量,选择了最佳测定条件.结果表明,种植灵芝中的锗含量(2554.2mg/kg)高于野生灵芝.
One method (dry-ash) was used to clear up natural and planted Ganoderma lucidum in Hainan. And hydride generatiori atomic fluorescence spectrometry was used for the mensurement of trace germanium . The working conditions of the apparatus and the disposal method were also explored. The trace germanium of natural Ganoderma lucidum in Hainan was compared with that of planted Ganoderma lucidum . The result showed that the germanium content of the planted Ganoderma lucidum in Hainan was 2 554.19μg/kg, which was higher than that of natural Ganoderma lucidum .
