FT-IR Study of KBBF and B_2O_3

本文用ＦＴ－ＩＲ研究了不同组成的ＫＢＢＦ与Ｂ＿２Ｏ＿３的红外谱图，得出了Ｂ＿２Ｏ＿３含量对有关谱线强度比的定量曲线．这对ＫＢＢＦ晶体的制备具有一定的参考价值．

The FT-IR spectra of nonlinear optical material KBBF composed with B_2O_3 have been studied. Andthe relationship between the. concentration of B_2O_3 and the intensity ratio of some spectra has been obtained. It will be helpful to the study of KBBF crystal growth.
