三阶导数光谱法测定肤宁乳膏中硝酸益康唑的含量

Determination of Econazole Nitrate in Funing Ointment by Third Order Derivative Spectrometry

目的：建立以三阶导数光谱法测定肤宁乳膏中硝酸益康唑含量的方法。方法：在231nm波长处测定硝酸益康唑的三阶导数光谱振幅值。结果：硝酸益康唑的检测浓度线性范围为12．24～28．56μg／ml（r=1．0000），平均回收率为100.4％（RSD=0．88％）。结论：本方法简便易行、重现性好，适合该制剂的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE： To determine econazole nitrate in Funing ointment by third order derivative spectrometry. METHODS： The third order derivative spectra vibration amplitude of econazole nitrate was determined at a wavelength of 231nm.RESULTS： The linear range of the econazole nitrate was 12.24～28.56μg/ml（ r = 1.000）, the average recovery was 100.4% （RSD = 0.88% ） .CONCLUSIONS ：The method is simple and reproducible, and suitable for the quality control of Funing ointment.
