摘要
企业信息化成功率低是困扰其进行信息化投入的最大的问题。本文从分析企业信息化成败的原因入手分析,得出信息平衡是影响项目成功的关键因素;由此提出甲乙双方尽量达到信息平衡从而提高信息化成功率的观点,为即将实施信息化的企业提供借鉴。
The low information-based of enterprise lead to low success rate is the biggest problem that puzzles the enterprise in carrying on devoting. This thesis commences starts with the analysis of the reason of success or failure in enterprise informationbased, and summarizes that information balance is the crucial factor and it affects the success of item, from all these above, author put forward the point of view that A and B both must try their best to balance the information in order to up the success rate of the information-based in enterprise. This point of view also can use for reference to the enterprise that will soon carry out the information-based.
