信息技术和信息产业的迅猛发展极大地影响了经济的增长形式和结构。这一变化为我国西部地区实现经济的跳跃式发展提供了机遇。本文结合20世纪初,中、美信息产业对经济增长的贡献,对我国西部信息产业的发展提出对策。

The swift and violent development of information technology and information industry has influenced economic growth form and structure greatly. This change has offered the opportunity for western to realize swift-and violent development of economy. This text combines the contribution of information industries to the economic growth at the beginning of the 20th century, some suggestions are put forward to the government to development the western information industry of our country.
