Exerting the Core Function of Leadership Culture in the Course of Establishing Corporate Culture

While differing from corporate culture, leadership culture plays a key role in the course of establishing corporate culture. It is an effective way to construct leadership culture before the establishment of corporation culture. The process of constructing leadership culture, where we must consider three parameters-the leaders, subordinates and environment comprehensively, is substantively an involving process of leaders＇ value conception and thinking manners.
