摘要
对项目管理模式的研究有助于项目管理技术的专业化和集成化。随着工程建设的规模越来越大,技术越来越复杂,产生于不同历史阶段的管理模式均受到一定的限制。本文试图对几种主要管理模式的结构进行分析,探讨动态联盟模式在建筑行业运用的可能模式;提出了基于供应商的动态联盟、基于施工单位的动态联盟、基于设计单位的动态联盟和混和动态联盟模式。通过对动态联盟的优势和劣势分析,得出了动态联盟模式将会在大型复杂项目得到青睐的结论。
Researching project management model is helpful to make management technology specialization and integration. Management models formed in different history phase are limited because the scale of engineering construction become more and more big and technology become more and more complex. This paper discusses the feasibility of dynamic alliance model in construction industry by analyzing several main management models. And this paper gives four models; these are dynamic alliance based on supplier, dynamic alliance based on construction enterprises, dynamic alliance based on design enterprises and integration dynamic alliance. By analyzing advantages and disadvantages of dynamic alliance in construction industry, it is sure that dynamic alliance will be used in large and complex construction project extensively.
