摘要
战略性绩效管理系统以业绩管理落实战略规划,但对业绩管理系统的有效控制一直是企业关注的焦点。本文阐述了两种可行的控制系统:基于KPIs的诊断性控制系统保持绩效管理系统的正常运行,基于交互学习的预警式控制系统应对不确定性的战略环境。并对两种控制系统的应用原理与实施方法作了详细介绍。
Strategic Planning was used to manage performance in Strategic Performance Management System, but the control system is the focus. The article illustrated two doable control systems: the diagnoses control system based on KPIs can keep stabilization of the performance system, and the prewaming control system based on interactive learning can answer the uncertainty of strategic. Also it particularly explained the principium and the model of this two control systems.
