摘要 根据电偶极子假说,使用Frank导联系统,通过测量体表相互垂直的三个方向的平均电场,可以得到心电向量。立体心电图是将心电向量在三维空间连续实时地显示出来,弥补了心电图无法三维显示和心电向量图一般不能多周期显示的不足。立体心电图在心律失常和心肌本身病变的诊断,心室复极不一致性和心肌电传导的研究方面有着重要的应用。 According to the hypothesis of electric dipole, electrocardial vector can be obtained with Frank lead system by measuring average electric field in three orthogonal directions on body surface. With 3D-Electrocardiogram (3D-ECG), real-time electro-cardio vector can be continuously displayed in 3D dimension and it overcomes the shortcoming of ECG which can not be displayed in 3D. It also has advantage over VCG which generally can not be displayed in multi-period. 3D-ECG plays a very important role in the areas of diagnosis of arrhythmia, cardiomyopathy, studies on the inhomogeneity of ventricular repolarization and the myocardial electrical conduction.
