分析了军事技术创新主体的含义，指出了军事技术创新主体的创新特征，即经济条件约束下的创新；战争需求影响下的创新；科技发展推动的创新；阶段与过程相协同的创新，并对军事技术创新主体的历史性从4个不同历史阶段进行了分析。

In this paper, the concepts of the subject of military technological innovation have been discussed and four characters have been analyzed. The first is the innovation of economic limit, the second is the innovation under military requirements; the third is the promotion of development about science and technology; the fourth is the collaboration of section innovation and process innovation. On this basis, it points out the historic significance of the subject of military technological innovation.
