摘要 传动箱虚拟样机模型包括箱体和齿轮传动系2部分。分析传动箱模态参数,应包含齿轮系与箱体之间约束的影响。在虚拟环境下测量了传动箱的模态参数,对比了包含齿轮系和不包含齿轮系2种情况,验证了该箱体的设计使传动箱整体避开了与车辆的共振频率。同时说明了虚拟样机试验方法在箱体类零部件模态测试中的应用与技术可行性。为在设计阶段优化箱体结构提供指导。 Virtue prototyping model of the gearbox contains the box and the gear system. To analyze the modes of the gearbox should include the structure of the box and the gear system in it. This paper calculated the modes of the gearbox, made a comparison between the two circumstances: with the gears and without the gears. It is verified that the design of the box structure was reasonable as it avoided the frequency of sympathetic vibration with the vehicle. At the same time, the application of this method measuring the modes of gearbox was demonstrated to be reasonable feasible, it can apply optimize instructions in the design process.
