本文分析了国际化软件的必要性,对比了软件国际化3种技术的主要实现线路以及它们的优缺点,本文还介绍了软件在中国本地化的一般方法,分析了利用Windows环境中Unicode编码实现应用程序国际化的解决方案和开发一个国际化软件技术上的关键点。

This paper analyzes the necessity of international software and compares with three main techniques, including their advantages and disadvantages about international application. A common technique of Chinese localization is introduced. A solution of international software with Unicode coding of Windows and those key points and schemes about the technique coping with developing fully globalized software are analyzed.
