摘要
本文阐述了基于IC卡的管理系统在学院计算机机房的应用，对管理系统的功能，软件和硬件结构进行了分析．建立了一套可行的实施方案。系统经过浙江师范大学杭州幼儿师范学院的使用运行，证明此管理系统对于提高计算机机房的管理具有良好的价值。
This paper expatiates the management system based on IC card in the application of the computing-room, establishes a suit of feasible implementary blue print by analyzing the system of function, software and hardware configuration. It has been proved that it is well-worthy in developing the management of the computer room by the practice in Hangzhou Infant Normal College of Zhejiang Normal University.
