试论新农村建设中的劳动力转移问题

On the Transfer of Man Power in the Constructing of New Countryside in China

解决“三农”问题是我国现代化建设中面临的艰巨任务,而“三农”问题中农村劳动力转移问题是全面建设小康社会,加快社会主义新农村建设的重要环节。要解决农村劳动力的转移问题,必须进一步推进农业产业化,大力发展农村第二、第三产业,调整城乡关系,加快城市化步伐,使农村劳动力向非农产业和城镇有序转移。

The solving of problems of agriculture, countryside and farmers is an arduous task we have to face. And the key turning point is the man-power transfering in the building of a well-off socialist countryside. To solve the problem measures will be taken in industrializing the agriculture and to promote the 2nd and the 3rd industries, as well as readjusting the relationship between the cities and the countries so as to enable the man-power transfer to mon-fanning fields.
