摘要
用20mmol/LCaCl2溶液浸种能提高甘薯种子在盐胁迫下的萌发率,改善甘薯种苗的生长状况,减轻甘薯胚根在盐胁迫下的膜伤害.钙处理后,甘薯种苗在盐胁迫下的ATR含量、游离脯氨酸含量增加,这可能是钙具有缓解甘薯盐胁迫作用的生理基础.
While sweet potato seed in water solutes of 20mmol/LCaCl2,germination percentage of sweet potato seed can be increased,growth contition of sweet potato seeding is improved and Plasma membrane seepage in garm root can be decreased under salt stress.After CaCl2 treated,seeding of sweet potato free Pro and ATP concentration increased under salt stress.The results may be physiologyal bases of calcium mitigate NaCl stress in sweet potato.
