在分析物流和供应链安全问题的基础上,给出了物流和供应链安全问题的概念,对这类安全问题进行了分类,提出了实施物流和供应链安全管理的若干原则.文章对集装箱物流的安全管理,物流链中人员的安全管理以及信息系统对物流安全管理的作用进行了分析,并介绍了国外物流和供应链安全管理的实施情况.

On the base of analyzing the background of security issues in logistics and supply chain, this paper gives a concept of security issues in logistics and supply chain, puts it into categories and supplies some principles implementing security management of logistics and supply chain. The paper analyses and studies security management of container logistics, human security management in logistics chain and information system action to logistics security management. In this paper, some implementation situation of logistics and supply chain security management abroad are introduced.
