摘要
适应期教师存在着许多问题,有意识地关注并解决好这些问题,有利于降低教师流失率,稳定教师队伍。教师应针对自身方面的原因积极寻求对策,具体包括:以正确定位为前提,以缓解压力为基础,以大量阅读与实践相结合为方法。
There exist a lot of problems for teachers in adaptation - period. To pay attention to and solve these problems consciously is benificial to lower teachers' drop - out rate and stabilize teachers rank. As to teachers themselves, they should look for measures positively, that is,conect orientation as the precondition,alleviation of stress as the base,and the combination of a large amount of reading with practice as the method.
