摘要
教学经验左右着教师的课堂教学行为,有其自身的特点。但由于教师对教学经验存在着不同程度的误解,出现了诸多不合理的教学行为。因此有必要提升日常的教学经验,以此来不断提高教师自身素养,促发其教学行为的合理性。
Teaching experience influences teachers' classroom instruction behavior that has its own characteristics. Some teachers have the misunderstanding of teaching experience in varying degrees , and it will lead to unreasonable teaching behavior. It is necessary to promote daily teaching experience so as to improve teachers' accomplishment constantly , inspire more rational teaching behavior.
