摘要
研究了粒径为75~90μmCBN超硬磨料与镍钴合金复合电镀制CBN砂轮,建立了适当的工艺条件,并讨论了工艺条件对CBN在复合镀层中体积百分含量的影响。
Composite plating of Ni-Co alloy with 75 ̄90μm cubic boron nitride superhard abrasive grain embedded for manufacturing CBN grinding wheel is studied. Woking conditions are optimized and their effects on percentage volume of CBN in the composite are also discussed.
