深圳市健康人群水痘-带状疱疹病毒血清流行病学调查

Seroepidemiological survey of prevalence of varicella-zoster virus in healthy population in Shenzhen City

目的 了解深圳市人群水痘-带状疱疹病毒（VZV）的流行现状，为制定水痘防制措施提供依据。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）对深圳市348名健康人群血清血标本进行抗-VZV IgG抗体检测。结果348份血清标本中，抗-VZV流行率为61.49％。1-5岁、6-10岁、11-15岁、16-20岁、21-30岁、31-40岁年龄别流行率分别11．36％，43．59％，70．83％，82.28％，93．18％，94．00％。水痘流行率以1-5岁最低，仅为11．36％，以后随年龄增长而升高。女性高于男性并有统计学意义（x^2=5．314，P〈0．05）。结论水痘病毒在人群中流行率很高，学龄前儿童为水痘的高危人群，托幼机构存在水痘爆发隐患，建议学龄前儿童普种水痘疫苗。

Objective To understand the prevalent status of varicella - zoster virus in the population of Shenzhen City and provide theoretic basis for the prevention of Varicella- zoster. Methods Serum antibody to varicella - zoster virus were detected in 348 samples by using ELISA. Results Age - specific prevalence rate of six age groups of 1 - 5,6 - 10,11 - 15,16 - 20,21 - 30 and 31 - 40 years were 11.36%, 43.59%, 70.83%, 82.28% ,93.18% and 94.00%, respectively. Sere - prevalence rate of 1- 5 age group was the lowest,it rose fast with age. The prevalence rate of varicella - zoster virus was higher in female （67.65 % ） than in male （55.62%）. Conclusion The prevalence rate of varicella - zoster virus in popultion of Shenzhen City was high. Preschool children are the high - risk population. There is potential outbreak of varicella - zoster and all children in nuseries and kindergartens be immunized with varicella vaccine.
