目测法与酶标仪判断ELISA检测旋毛虫病IgG的结果比较

Comparison of results judged by eye-based and enzyme-labelled methods in detection of Trichinella by ELISA

目的比较目测法与酶标法判定的ELISA检测结果,验证目测法的可靠程度,探讨使用目测法过程中应该注意的问题。方法实验根据旋毛虫病ELISA诊断试剂盒的操作要求进行,实验结果分别用目测法与酶标法加以判定,数据经统计学分析比较。结果两者方法差异没有显著性(P>0.05);与酶标法相比,目测法的敏感性和特异性分别是70.03%和98.05%。结论在判定ELISA检测结果时,目测法在特定的条件下基本能代替酶标仪法。

Objective To compare results judged by eye - based methods and enzyme - labeling instrument in detection of Trichinella by ELISA for checking the reliability of eye - based method. Methods ELISA tests were carried out based on the instruction of Ttest kit, the results were judged respectively by eye - based and enzyme - labeled methods. The data was statistically analyzed. Results There no significant diffeences were observed in the results judged by both methods （ P 〉 0.05）. Compared with that of enzyme - labeling instrument , the sensitivity and specificity of eye - based method were 70.03 % and 98.05 %, respectively. Conclusion The eye - based method can substitute for enzyme - labeling instrument under certain conditions.
