窝阔台“画境”十道考

The Ten Administrative Units in the Okodei Qhan’s Period

本文考订“画境”十道的内涵、名称及其建置过程,分析其地位与影响。本文认为,“画境”十道是窝阔台时期的中原政区划分,其本身即为蒙古达鲁花赤制度与中原分路之制相结合的产物。十道大体上可以确定为山西、北京、燕京、河东、彰德、河北、大名、山东西、山东东、陕西等道。其政区是逐步建立起来的,到太宗八年前后才定型。“十道”之制推动了中原州县达鲁花赤制度的建立,对元初的政区制度也产生重要的影响。

In the Okodei Qhan＇s period, Zhongyuan（the Center Plain, the Northern Parts of China ） was divided ten administrative units. The unit system originated from the Daruqachi in Yeke Mongol Ulus and the administrative system in the Jin Dynasty. The ten administrative units were established gradually and finished in the sixth year of the Okodei Qhan＇s period. Its system promoted the Daruqqchi＇s appointment in all parts of Zhongyuan and made an important impact in the administration in the early Yuan period.
