摘要
幼儿教师的工作压力与其心理健康水平呈显著正相关,幼儿教师的工作压力中的自我期望和工作条件、工作负荷、幼儿和家长的评价三个因子对心理健康具有明显的预测作用。本文据此提出了缓解幼儿教师工作压力、提高其心理健康水平的应对措施。
The investigation done by the authors shows that higher the working pressure, worse preschool teachers' psychological health is. Factors such as self-expectation and working conditions, working burden, and children' s or parents' evaluation could forecast the situation of preschool teachers' psychological health. Based on the results, the authors give their suggestions on how to relief preschool teachers' working pressure and improve their psychological health.
