Compare between Preschool Teachers’ and Elemental/high School Teachers’ Main Working Pressure Events and Their Handling Modes

幼儿教师心理健康问题日益引起全社会的关注。本研究旨在借开展武汉市中小幼教师工作压力及应付方式调查的契机,通过对幼儿教师和中小学教师主要工作压力事件的排序及应付方式的选择情况进行比较,寻找其中的相同点和不同点,并尝试对其原因进行相关分析。

Preschool teachers＇ psychological health condition has been noticed by the society recently. The authors want, through investigation, to find out the main working pressure events that preschool teachers and elemental, high school teachers would meet and the handling modes they would take respectively. Based on the investigation, the authors give some explains on the similarities and differences between preschool teachers and elemental, high school teachers in this field.
