摘要
本文报导了用于飞机辅助设计技术中试验模型树脂增强材料的研制工作。对配方的设计和工艺条件进行了优选,并讨论了填料、树脂和固化剂等因素对材料的力学性能和浇铸性的影响,所研制的增强材料的综合性能优于目前国内所用的常温固化环氧树脂体系。
In this paper is introduced the trial manufacture of a reinforced resin material for making test pattern used in the technology of assistant design of airplanes. The formulae and processing conditions were selected on the basis of the discussion of the effect of filler, resin and curing agent on the mechanical properties of the new material. The comprehensive properties of the new material are better than those of the room-temperature curable epoxy system used domestically at present.
