摘要
现代热处理新技术新工艺快速发展,高速钢不仅广泛应用于冷作模具,在热作模具上的应用日益成熟。对高速钢原材料进行锻造,变钢中共晶碳化物脆性相为强化相,可显著提高模具使用寿命。
With the high-speed development of modem hot-processing new technology and new process, high-speed steel is widely used not only in cold working die, the application in hot-made die is also becoming mature. It can improve die working life largely by forging to high-speed steel material, changing the brittle phase of eutectic carbide in superplasticity to enhanced phase.
