论我国社会主义和谐社会的构建

A Brief Discussion on the Establishment of the Harmonious Society in Our Socialist Country

在当代世界和平与发展仍是时代主题的形势下,党的“十六大”第一次把社会更加和谐作为我党奋斗的重要目标明确提出来。本人认为和谐社会的构建必须着重于民主政治建设,构建利益均衡机制以及建立与社会主义市场竞争机制有机统一的和谐机制。

At the 16th Party＇s congress it is the fast time for our Party to put forward the new target that it will do its best to make our society more harmonious in the situation that the world peace and development is still the main trend of our time. The harmonious society must be based on the political construction of democracy, the formation of reasonable interest distribution and the coordinating institution which keeps pace with the socialist economic competition.
