普通高校培养学生篮球裁判员的实践研究

A Practical Study of the Basketball Referees of Students in Universities and Colleges

采用文献资料法、实验研究法,对普通高校学生篮球裁判员的培养途径与手段进行了分析探讨,结果表明:在普通高校培养学生篮球裁判人员有着丰富的资源,教学条件优越,实践环境良好,有利于篮球裁判员临场执法能力的快速提高。培养高校学生业余级别的篮球裁判员,使他们有一技之长,毕业后能为基层单位篮球运动的普及起到推动作用。

We analyse the method and the way in which the basketball referees of students have been trained by means of literature data and study experiments. We come to the conclusion that there are plenty of students who can be trained as basketball referees, excellent teaching facilities, good training conditions in universities and colleges. All of them are good to raise rapidly the judging abilities on the match playground. Training the amateur basketball referees of students can make them have proficiency in a particular field so that they will be able to popularize and advance the basketball sports after graduation.
