卡介菌多糖核酸对白癜风疗效及外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的影响分析

Analysis of the Affection of Polysaccharide Nucleic Acid Fraction of Bacillus Calmette Guerin on Vitiligo and the T-lymphocyte Subpopulation in the Pepipheral Blood

目的观察卡介菌多糖核酸(BCG-PSN)对白癜风患者的疗效以及对外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法107例T淋巴细胞亚群检测异常的白癜风患者随机分为三组:BCG-PSN治疗组(A组)36例,常规中药治疗组(B组)36例,联合治疗组(C组)35例,治疗前后采用链菌素亲生物素-碱性磷酸酶链接法(S.A.P法)检测T淋巴细胞亚群,并与50例健康体检者对照。结果A组总有效率38.8%,B组总有效率33.3%,C组总有效率61.1%。各组治疗前与健康对照组比较CD3、CD4降低(P<0.01),CD8升高(P<0.01,P<0.05),治疗后A组C组CD3、CD4升高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论BCG-PSN能提高细胞免疫功能,治疗白癜风安全、有效,与中药合用有协同作用。

Objective To observe the effects of polysaecharide nucleic acid fraction of bacillus calmette guerin （BCG- PSN） on the treatment and the T-lymphocyte subpopulafion in pepipheral blood of patiants with vitiligo. Methods 107 patiants who had abnormality in T-lymphocyte subpopulation with vitiligo were devided into 3 groups randomly：treatment group with BCG-PSN （group A） 36 cases, rotine treatment with traditional medicine group （group B） 36 cases, combined treatment group （group C） 35cases. T-lymphocyte subpopulation in peripheral blood of all patients were determined with S.A.P method before and after the treatment, and than compared them with 50 healthy controls. Results Effective rates in group A, group B and group C were 38.8%, 33.3% and 61.1% respectively. Before the treatment, decrease of CD3, CD4（P〈0.01） and increase of CD8（P〈0.01 ,P〈0.05）were found in vitiligo group compared with healthy controls. After the treatment, CD3 and CIM were increased in group A and group C compared with before （P〈0.05）. Conclusion BCG-PSN can enhance the cellular immunity. It is effective and safety in the treatment of patients with vitiligo, and it has coordinate effect with traditional Chinese medicine.
