银屑Ⅰ号治疗寻常性银屑病临床疗效观察及相关细胞因子检测 被引量：13

摘要 目的探讨银屑Ⅰ号治疗银屑病的临床疗效及作用机理。方法应用银屑Ⅰ号对80例寻常性银屑病患者进行治疗,用PASI评分法观察其临床疗效,并用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA法)检测治疗前后血清单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-8(IL-8)表达的变化。结果银屑Ⅰ号治疗后PASI评分较治疗前明显下降,血清MCP-1、TNF-α、IL-8水平较治疗前显著降低。结论银屑Ⅰ号临床疗效显著,其治疗机理可能与MCP-1、TNF-α、IL-8的表达下调有关。
