糖皮质激素受体-α mRNA在健康鼻腔不同区域黏膜中定量表达的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的检测糖皮质激素受体-α(GR-α)mRNA在健康鼻腔下鼻甲、中鼻甲、钩突黏膜中的定量表达,并探讨其在鼻息肉发生发展中的意义。方法采用荧光定量逆转录PCR(FQ-RT-PCR)检测健康鼻腔下鼻甲、中鼻甲、钩突黏膜中GR-αmRNA的定量表达。结果GR-αmRNA表达在鼻腔正常下鼻甲黏膜为(135.4±5.2)×104拷贝/μg,高于中鼻甲、钩突黏膜(115.9±5.5)×104拷贝/μg,(113.4±6.7)×104拷贝/μg,前者与后两组之间有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论中鼻甲、钩突黏膜中GR-αmRNA低表达,可能是窦口-鼻道复合体区易发生鼻息肉的机制之一。 Objective To detect the expression of the glucocorticoid receptor-α (GR-α) mRNA in healthy nasal mucosa of the inferior turbinate, middle turbinate and uncinate process and investigate the significance of GR-α in progression of nasal polyp. Methods The quantitative expression of GR-α mRNA in healthy nasal mucosa of the inferior turbinate, middle turbinate and uncinate process was examined by using Fluorescent quantitative PCR (FQ-RT-PCR). Results The GR-a mRNA level in normal mucosa of inferior turbinate (135.4 ±5.2)×10^4 copy/μg) was significantly higher than thoseof middle turbinate and uncinate process ( 115.9 ±5.5)×10^4 copy/μg, 113.4 ±6.4)×10^4 copy/μg ) ( P 〈 0.01). Conclusion Lower expression of GR-α mRNA in middle turbinate and uncinate process might be related: to the progression of nasal polyp which often originates from ostiomeatal complex.
