经商人员嗓音疾病调查分析

The investigation and analysis on hoarseness and other voice diseases in business dealers

目的了解专业市场经商人员嗓音疾病发病情况,进而指导临床做好防治工作。方法采用调查表对本市经商人员进行耳鼻咽喉科检查。结果调查4282人经商人员,发现1021人嘶哑者,患病率23.8%,且女性患病率明显高于男性。喉部检查结果以声带小结和声带肥厚居多,3例早期喉癌病人得以诊断。结论对专业市场经商人员嗓音疾病不应只限于治疗,更重要的是早期诊断并引导正确发音方法和改变不良的社会习惯,改善市场环境。

Objective A survery on hoarseness and other voice disorders was conduced out in business dealers in market of Yiwu city, Methods The epidemiological questionary and examination of indirect laryngoscopy were used. Results The results showed that the incidence of hoarseness was 23.8 %, in which the female was higher than the male, Vocal nidules and pachydermia laryngis were found to be the major pathological manifestations. In addition, laryngeal carcinoma was confirmed in 3 cases, Conclusion To the voice disorders of business dealers, prevention and correct phonation method are as important as their treatment.
