摘要
应用响应面法建立了淬硬模具钢高速铣削表面粗糙度的预测模型,并分析了切削速度、进给率和轴向切削深度对表面粗糙度的影响,发现进给率是影响表面粗糙度的主要因素。该模型的置信度为95%,预测结果和试验测得的数据十分吻合,对实际生产加工中切削参数的优化选择具有一定的指导作用。
The surface roughness model in high speed milling of hardened steels was developed. The effects of cutting speedy feed rate and depth of cut were analyzed. The established equation shows that the feed rate is main influencing factor on the surface roughness. The predicted model is adequate for a 95% confidence interval and it shows a very high match degree with the data obtained by the experiments. This predicted model has some instruction functions in the optimizing selection of cutting parameters in production.
