Application of Spray-cooling in Cutting

喷雾冷却是利用一定压力的压缩空气使微量的切削液雾化,并高速喷向切削区,因而使切削区的切削温度大幅度下降,同时带走切屑和粉尘,改善作业环境,避免造成环境污染。从冷却原理及实际应用效果两方面都说明,喷雾冷却具有较好的切削区冷却作用和推广价值。

Spray-cooling means using the compressed air which has definite pressure to make cutting fluid minim into spray and spewing into cutting area fleetly. Thus, it will reduce the cutting temperature in cutting area and bring away cutting dusts to avoid environment pollution. In cutting principle and actual application, the spray cooling has better effect in cooling and has value to generalize.
