LY12硬铝合金TiN/AlN涂层耐磨性能的研究

摘要 使用多弧离子镀在LY12基体表面制备了TiN/AlN薄膜,综合考虑涂层成膜质量、沉积速率和耐磨性能,确定了TiN/AlN薄膜的最佳工艺;并研究了预处理对于结合强度的影响,试验表明:与一般基体相比,经喷砂处理的试样膜基间的结合强度得到很大提高。 The process of TiN/AIN film deposited on LY12 aluminum alloy by the multi-arc ion-plating is described in this article. The optimum technical parameters of the TiN/AIN films were determined by considering the film quality, the deposition rate and the wear-resisting property. The influence of the pretreatment process on bond strength is also studied. The experiments results show that the nucleation rate of matrix alloy processed by grit blasting is much more compared with ordinary matrix.
