摘要
以3,5-二羟基苯甲酸为原料,通过乙酰基保护、酰氯化,生成中间体3,5-二乙酰氧基苯甲酰氯,再与4-甲氧基苯乙烯经Heck反应、甲醇钠脱乙酰基保护,得到单一的■类天然产物标题化合物,产率66%。研究结果对于其他类化合物的合成具有指导意义。
Starting from 3,5-dihydroxy benzoic acid, 3,5-diacetoxy benzoic acid chloride was synthesized via acetoxy protection and chloridation, then through Heck reaction with p-methoxy styrene and deacetoxy protection by sodium methoxide, the natural stilbene product( E )-4'-methoxy-3,5-dihydroxy-stilbene was synthesized in 66% yield .The results have advantages of instruction to the synthesis of other stilbenes.
