摘要
报道了以磷钨钼杂多酸掺杂聚苯胺为催化剂,通过苯甲醛和1,2-丙二醇反应合成了目标化合物。系统考察了醛醇物质的量比,催化剂用量以及反应时间诸因素对产品收率的影响。确定的适宜工艺条件为n苯甲醛∶n1,2-丙二醇=1∶1.6,催化剂用量为反应物料总质量的1.0%,带水剂环己烷12mL,反应时间30min。在此反应条件下,苯甲醛-1,2-丙二醇缩醛的收率可达86.9%。
Catalytic activities of H3PW6Mo6040/PAn in synthesizing benzaldehyde-1,2-prepanediol acetal were reported, It has been demonstrated that H3PW6Mo6040/PAn is an excellent catalyst. Various factors concerned in the reaction have been investigated. The optimum conditions have been found that the molar ratio of benzaldehyde to 1,2-propanediol is 1/1.6, the mass ratio of the catalyst used to the reactants is 1.0% ,and the reaction time is 30 min. Under these conditions, the yield of benzaldehyde-1,2- propanediol acetal is 86.9 %.
