志愿者服务主义和多元文化主义与奥林匹克运动
Volunteerism and Multiculturalism： A Linkage for Future Olympics
摘要
文章主要阐述了志愿者服务主义和多元文化主义与未来奥林匹克运动的关系。从加拿大的多元文化政策来看,一个为奥林匹克运动制定的志愿者服务主义和多元文化主义的政策已经形成。这个政策着重强调:对所有的志愿者平等的认同;通过志愿者经历使个人得到发展的平等的机会,一个体验奥林匹克精神的机会,一个文化互相交流和融合的平台,一个平等的文化环境。总而言之,这种政策应该被国际奥委会的相关委员会执行(例如奥林匹克文化和教育委员会)或者写入奥林匹克章程。
