干细胞向心肌细胞分化的研究进展 被引量:10

摘要 干细胞具有多向分化产生不同组织细胞的能力,在一定的条件下可以诱导分化为心肌细胞,这对临床治疗心肌梗死以及心血管组织工程领域特别是心肌组织工程的研究具有非常重要的意义。本文就目前干细胞向心肌细胞分化的研究进展作一综述,着重探讨一下胚胎干细胞、骨髓来源的干细胞、心脏干细胞的体外分化,以及如何提高心肌细胞的分化效率,更好地应用于临床。
