沙立度胺治疗多发性骨髓瘤疗效影响因素分析 被引量：1

摘要 多发性骨髓瘤（MM）是一种浆细胞恶性克隆增生性疾病，目前仍认为是一种不可治愈的疾病。上世纪90年代末，沙立度胺被证实具有抗骨髓瘤作用，逐渐在临床上得到广泛应用。我院用沙立度胺治疗的MM患者进行回顾性总结及分析其疗效的影响因素，为其临床应用提供参考。
