摘要患者男，52岁，2005年11月3日因胃痛1个月近2d加重入院。追问病史诉2年前外院诊断为慢性粒细胞白血病（CML），间断服用羟基脲，1个月前出现胃区烧灼样疼痛，伴有恶心，呕吐，
