感染诱发动脉粥样硬化的免疫机制 被引量:2

摘要 近年来,在深入探讨动脉粥样硬化发病机制的研究中,感染与动脉粥样硬化的关系成为热点问题之一。肺炎衣原体(C.pneumoniae)、巨细胞病毒(CMV)、幽门螺杆菌(Hp)、单纯疱疹病毒(HSV)、流感病毒、EB病毒、B型柯萨奇病毒(CBV)等都被认为与动脉粥样硬化的发生密切相关,而且随着机体感染病原体的种类数即感染负荷的增加,患动脉粥样硬化的危险系数也随之增加。病原体感染可能作为一种损伤因素损伤血管内皮系统,激发局部免疫反应甚至全身性炎症反应,促进动脉粥样硬化的发生发展。下面仅就感染对动脉粥样硬化免疫机制影响的研究进展作一综述。
